We recently came back from our family's first visit to Disney together and it could not have been more perfect. We are so thankful to have Liz as our Disney travel agent. Lisa Ziegler of Mickey Travels is simply the best when it comes to planning Disney vacations. My family of 5 has been to Disney World many times, but it wasn't until we found Lisa that we learned all of the little unknown facts to make our trip picture perfect. Whether it was shows, restaurants, hotels, everything was planned around making sure our princesses visited the princesses and our dare devil never missed a roller coaster ride. We can't wait to work with Lisa again. If you're not using her, you have no idea what you're missing.

We loved our family trip so much! We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday at the park and brought both grandparents with us. Lisa helped plan and book the whole experience once again. She really is one of the best in the business. Her love of Disney shines through and she definitely brought out the kid in all of us for our trip. It's 4:47AM and I have 3 days away until my Disney trip with my family and at this hour all I can think about is expressing my gratitude to you for starting Mickey Travels and to my Mickey Travels Agent Linda Rapella. I am writing to you so you know what a GEM and a ANGEL of a person you have working for you. Back in Feb. when I booked my Family's Disney trip for this October, the sole purpose was for my son's first trip to Disney and he would be turning 4 on our trip so I wanted everything to be perfect. I am normally not a planner, but for this trip I was trying to be so it would be perfect for him. I started stressing because things at work got hectic taking away from my planning when someone at work suggested an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, so I searched and it lead me to your site. I left contact info and BAM Linda called me. I feel at that moment it was fate that I got her. I wasn't ready to give up the reins of my son's first Disney trip because I never used an agent before for Disney, BUT Linda was AMAZING !!! She Listened to what I wanted and then she worked her Magic. She was up early getting me EVERY ADR I wanted and EVERY Fast Pass. All I had to do was relax and wait for the email confirmations. She also got me Oct. 30th for MNSSHP which is my son's actual Birthday so that was huge for my family. She gave me advice on times to book fast passes and their order of booking working around my dining plans and park plans. She put us in the perfect location every time so we were not running all over the park from one to the other; something I would not have thought of. And then what seemed to be so late in the game with 18 days left on my trip and event happened in my family where my family offered to bring my niece if we could add her. I immediately called Linda and again she was perfect in every way. She added my niece for me no problem and added her to the dining and fast passes and we were able to even get her favorite color for magic bands. I cannot tell you how particular I was for this trip and the stress for perfection, but Linda kept me grounded took the reins and created the perfect first trip for my son so with tears of joy rolling down my face please know she is a Gem and a God Send. We talked so much I feel like I gained a friend not just an Agent. She will be my go to for every Disney Trip and I will Highly Recommend her to anyone and everyone going to Disney.
