I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Leanne Phelps is. Down to the littlest detail. She is thorough and I need that because I want every last detail taken care of. She even sends the girls a care package of cute Disney things before the trip. If you book by yourself, you will not know any discounts that may come later. Leanne automatically takes care of that for you. Though you could do it yourself, she is a wealth of knowledge and answers texts and calls immediately. She has booked two of our trips and many more to come, I hope, plus others for friends. You will not be disappointed.

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how absolutely fantastic Leanne Phelps has been these last seven months or so, as we've planned our trip to Disneyworld. She's been so incredibly responsive, always getting back to me in less than 24 hours, with extremely informative answers to my questions. She's also been super helpful with making restaurant and fast pass reservations (something I especially appreciated, given the early time the reservations open and that our fast pass + window opened the weekend after Thanksgiving). And, she contacted us when there was a discounted option at the resort we stayed. I will definitely recommend her to friends planning a trip to Disney World. She's a true gem. Leah has done a tremendous job organizing two great trips for my family to Walt Disney World over the last three years. One of them was even a multigenerational trip with 12 people coming from 3 different airports! She's an absolute expert and knows the parks, resorts, and Fast Pass process like the back of her hand.
