My wife and I both have very demanding jobs and had little time to plan the details of our Disney trip. Laura made the process so simple that we were able to make the most of a 3 day trip without stressing over where to eat, using the fast passes, where to stay, etc. Once we got there, we definitely realized the trip could have been a real mess without her help. We surprised our 5 year old daughter with her first trip to Disney this year. Being that I hadn’t been to Disney myself more than twenty years ago and a lot has changed, I had no idea where to start…I was reading books, blogs, and talking to friends and co-workers who visit annually and that was of great help. However, what served to be invaluable to my planning, scheduling, and answering all of my countless questions was our travel agent Laura Bourget. My family and I would like to extend a sincere “Thank You” to her for all of her patience, assistance, guidance and help in planning the perfect vacation. She is professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant. She’s such a pleasure to work with. She is diligent and precise and ensures that your needs are met. In any instance where they can’t be she will find some accommodating options/alternatives. Bottom line is the first call when making my next Disney vacation will be to Laura. I highly recommend that you make her your first call as well. If you want to save yourself, some valuable time and avoid any issues or headache later.

Kristin, sorry this message is just finally getting to you, but, I wanted to wait until I had a chance to give you the thank you that you deserve for planning the most amazing vacation that we have ever taken as a family. From the hotel down to the smallest details (stroller rental! Grocery service!), our trip was just perfect. We had such a fantastic time and we have you to thank for everything you have done for us in planning our trip. We have referred family and friends to contact you and given examples like, what happened at the Grand Floridian when our Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment ran late, so you were able to contact guest services for us so we didn’t lose our reservations (that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip! We would’ve been so disappointed if we ended up missing it!) We can’t wait to plan our next trip with you, and look forward to contacting you very soon about it!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU!! For everything! Our trip was absolutely amazing!! (except the few missing photos from our photopass!) But It was wonderful. The dining was huge, and the amount of 1 on 1 with the chefs at all 4 restaurants, plus those at our hotel for our counter services, will never be matched! You planned the vacation of a lifetime for my family! I cannot thank you enough or spread your name and info to enough people so they can share the same magical vacation that we did! Kristin, I wanted to thank you for helping me plan the best trip for my girlfriend Allison and I. My girlfriend took like a hundred pictures and had a wonderful time, especially having a surprise dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table. That was probably one of the best meals I have ever had and will definitely have to go there every trip. You made the whole planning process very easy and reassuring to me that we could do everything we wanted. We even got extremely lucky and got a Fast-pass for The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, which would have been a 2 hour wait. Now that we have been down there and had our trip we know what we like and what we will change for the next time. We had a great time and are very appreciative for everything you have done for us. “I wanted to take the time to publicly thank Kristin Klutz for assisting with a great week at Walt Disney World. I have been to WDW so many times, I knew that I could do it myself. Something told me to allow a professional assist me this time. I am SOOOOO glad I made that call. Kristin arranged everything for me from my resort (All-Star Sports), my dinning reservations (I would have never tried Ohana's, but I am SOOOO GLAD she made those reservations for us). I can’t begin to thank Kristin enough for all the hard work she did for our vacation. My husband, Josh and I always knew that we wanted to Honeymoon in Disney World. However, I had never been and didn’t know where to start or how to go about planning a Disney vacation. With so much information out there, it was a bit overwhelming! I was truly blessed to get Kristin as my MickeyTravels agent. With her knowledge of everything Disney, I knew she would plan an awesome Honeymoon.
