Glad you liked the flowers, just a small token of our appreciation for helping us have the best vacation of our lives. Everything was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The concierge rooms were wonderful, the concierges were so personable and helpful, and the waiters really made our time special by keeping the kids entertained and regularly playing tricks on our mother who enjoyed them thoroughly. The excursions were excellent and everything went so smoothly, it was incredible. We loved the grand cabana on Castaway and Rowan, Jon and I even ran in the Castaway 5k race. It truly was an amazing, unforgettable trip that was perfectly planned and executed thanks to you. We just might have to do it again soon, Gail! Thanks for everything!

Hello! My name is Tiffany. My family and I recently took a trip to Disney World that we booked with one of your agents, Gail Child. I wanted to email you to let you know what an amazing job she did. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered to ensure our trip was magical. She took the time to find out what each of our interests & hopes were for this trip. Once she got to know us she made recommendations personal to each of us to make sure we all had a wonderful & memorable trip. She worked hard to get all the reservations for every restaurant & character dinning we wanted to attend. She stayed up late to make sure we got Anna & Elsa fast passes, along with many others. She answered my many, many questions and guided me to make sure this trip would be the best trip we had ever been on. My husband and I hid this trip from our children for a very long time and when we surprised them Gail wanted to hear all about their reactions and she was just as excited as we were. The last couple of weeks leading up to the trip her excitement for us was so very touching. She counted down the days with us and sent me reminders for things we would need so nothing would be forgotten. She sent us a care package with all the details of our trip, recommendations for perfect views of parades & fireworks, plus many other things that helped make everything perfect. The most touching and heartfelt items in our pack were personalized Mickey & Minnie backpacks for each of my kids. When they opened them they began screaming and running around the house while my husband and I teared up watching the excitement she created just for them. Everything she did for us was wonderful and way more than was ever expected. She takes her job to heart and we can tell she loves what she does. She truly cares about her clients and wholeheartedly wants them to have a magical trip that will bring them joy for years to come. I feel so blessed that Gail answered our message when we called your agency. I appreciate her more than words can express. You are very lucky to have such an amazing person representing your agency. I just wanted you to know how grateful we are and how phenomenal Gail Child is.

This was an amazing vacation, Esther!!! I had to email you as soon as I got in the house….haven’t even unpacked yet!! This vacation would never have been as successful without you helping us. We had the best Disney vacation ever thanks to Esther!! She handled all the arrangements for our entire family of eleven. She helped us find all of the best restaurants and booked them on the days that we wanted. She was so incredibly helpful! She knew the answers to every crazy question that we had. Hi Erin, the cruise was incredible. Everything about it. The ship is breathtaking. Castaway Cay was a lot of fun! While this was our first cruise, we’re all in agreement that we’ll be going on many more. Looking at Alaskan cruises now! I’ll be in touch!
